Mission Statement
SCC Energy Services, Inc (SCC) is a subsidiary of Sletten, Inc. We provide electrical services to the renewable energy market, primarily for utility scale solar projects. Founded in 2011 during the solar boom, we are still a small company. We are a proud signatory contractor with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 357 in Las Vegas, Nevada. As a union contractor, the IBEW allows us to provide skilled labor on all our projects, which gives us a distinct advantage over non-union contractors that may not employ the same level of trained employees.

Quality and Safety Standards
At SCC, we believe that success starts with providing a quality work product. Our Quality Management Plan was designed to ISO 9001 standards, and like all of our written policies and procedures, we consider it a work in progress. We strive to learn from our mistakes; thus, making changes to our living documents as solutions are proven effective. Our sincere desire is to provide superior staff experience, professional deliverables, and consistent quality services to our clients.
Safety is another of our core values. Our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and correlating Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) are reviewed and revised prior to starting every project to ensure that the most up-to-date methods are used, and current regulations are followed. We strive for ZERO INCIDENTS all day, every day, as our Injury Rate and Experience Modification Rate indicate.

Josh brings more than 28 years of experience to his role. He ensures the project team is meeting all of the owner’s expectations and remains up-to-date on all project issues. He will assist the team in meeting the project’s goals.

Shane brings over 33 years of experience in electrical construction. He excels in overseeing daily operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. He is dedicated to driving efficiency and fostering a culture of safety.
